• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology
• Post-secondary school education in an IT field
• A highly professional manner
• A diligent work ethic
• A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server
• Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Server
• Network hardware configuration skills
• Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, routine preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of network security, backup management, systems availability and disaster recovery.
• The ability to meet Immigration requirements of the Cayman Islands, including a clean police record and good health.
• A willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands for more than just "a couple of years".
• Enthusiasm for joining a small, but growing company that prides itself on providing top-quality, highly-responsive out-sourced IT management services to small-to-mid-sized businesses in the Cayman Islands.
